Arco Iris will not run Summer of 2024
- We had a successful 2023 camp. However, it required more work than we had the capacity for, and we are taking a step back to reevaluate our approach
- Finances are not the reason for pausing Arco Iris 2024
- We want to be intentional about the camp and provide as much guidance and support as possible. This is something the board cannot commit to at this time
- The Elders and Administrative board plans to use this year to think through how to structure the summer camp so that it comes back stronger in 2025
- We know that many LVCC members have invested a lot of time and effort year after year to ensure that the camp runs smoothly and we are grateful to everyone that has been involved
- We invite anyone interested in helping with further planning to reach out
