Arcoiris Summer Camp utilizes the LVCC network to create a safe, engaging, faith-based, joyful summer experience for K-8th children. With a focus on character development, community engagement, and leadership, the camp trains youth leaders (ages 14-24) to create a dynamic environment. Activities may include arts, Bible Study, STEM challenges, cultural exploration, and service-learning.

Founded in 1994, LVCC is a non-denominational Christian church dedicated to youth development in Little Village and North Lawndale. Serving as a community hub, LVCC offers diverse programs to foster leadership, bridge communities, and provide safe spaces for youth through sports, mentorship, and community events.

The Arcoiris Summer Camp Director oversees all aspects of LVCC’s Arcoiris Summer Camp. The director will oversee implementation of a Bible-based curriculum, lead youth development initiatives, hire and manage a team of Camp Leaders, and ensure a dynamic and inclusive camp experience. This hybrid role involves part-time planning (5-10 hours per week) from February to June and transitions to full-time (40 hours per week) during the 5-6 week camp.
